Charles F. Toney

 Charles has been providing organizational development and training to a number of fortune 500 companies for more than 25 years. Most of his career has focused on helping companies accelerate growth and improve performance. He spent approximately 15 years of his career at NUMMI — a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors, as a management consultant and trainer. Here, his work often took him to Japan where he became steeped in the Japanese methods of strategy management, synchronous manufacturing, quality control, and teamwork.
